EM-08 · Employee · Senior → Staff Engineer Senior Engineer at Getro, 2022–25: admin portal, job-board platform, design system. Job applications on job boards, AI Matches and a live job-board editor. Moved the admin portal from CRA to Vite in one PR touching 762 files. Findem acquired Getro in Nov 2025. Staff Engineer at Findem, Nov 2025 – May 2026. I built Getro’s warm-introduction search: it finds friend-of-a-friend paths to the person you want to meet, ranks the strongest, and answers almost instantly. I kept it in Postgres rather than add a graph database: simpler, one database to run and maintain, and it already filters by company, role and location. The speed came from better queries. I also built the hiring agents: they work out the ideal candidate, find and contact people, set up applications and grow lists. 1,746 commits across 12 repos. Top contributor in the admin portal, job-board platform and backend.
