Andela, Software Developer
In through freeCodeCamp and Andela’s bootcamp. Placed on client teams in stacks I hadn’t used before, I learned each one by building in it and shipped on schedule.

Bootcamp facilitator and mentor
The bootcamp was the last stage of Andela’s application process. I took 30+ candidates through it, held the bar, and 90%+ were accepted. Also rewrote the OpenMRS Cohort Builder as a standalone app, and mentored on Codementor, 2017–20.

InVision
Contract, remote, alongside Andela. A large app had to be split into smaller services without breaking it for its users. I built and looked after 9 of them in production, and took on-call shifts so incidents stayed short.

Tech team lead, Andela
6 developers, 4 client apps. I set the goals, cleared blockers, ran reviews and mentored each engineer, so the projects landed on time.

Unbird, first engineer
A team still deploying by hand. I set up automated tests and deploys, so a release stopped being a manual job, and helped hire the early engineers. Techstars Boulder 2019.

PingPong, Co-founder & CTO
YC W21. Teams across time zones needed to talk without being online together. I built the first version of async video, voice and screen recordings on my own, then led a team of 5 shipping it on web, iOS, Android and desktop.

Grain
A rewrite stuck for months because it was planned as one big switch. I made it a gradual move, one part at a time. It reached production in about a month and became the team’s playbook.

Getro, Senior Engineer
Networks wanted job boards that read like their own. I built the live editor so they could change boards themselves, AI Matches and search in plain words, and kept the admin portal and design system consistent as they grew.

Getro acquired by Findem
November 2025. I stayed on through the acquisition to build what came next.

Findem, Staff Engineer
Nov 2025 – May 2026. Built two things. Warm-introduction paths: the strongest route to someone through people you already know, found almost instantly. And hiring with AI agents: agents that work out the ideal candidate, find and contact people, set up applications and grow lists.

Oct 2025 – now. Chauffeur-driven car rental for Lagos & Abuja, where everything comes together. I lead one engineer and a crew of agents: agents build, a guard with no model checks, I sign.

In short
I architect solutions, engineer the infrastructure under them, and ship the product. Then I engineer the team around that flow. Today that team is people and AI agents.
I’m Enaho Murphy, a self-taught engineer in Lagos. I’ve been building since 2013, and I still learn by building the thing myself until I understand it.
I start with the shape of the problem and pick the simplest thing that holds: one database, not two, until the need is real. The work I care most about sits underneath the product, where money has to be right, search has to be fast and releases have to be boring. Nothing counts until it ships, so I improve in small steps, and every mistake becomes a check that stops it happening twice.
Code takes the shape of the team that writes it, so I design the team as carefully as the system. Now that team includes AI agents. They work inside a method I call the Jig, after the workshop guide that makes every cut come out the same: Constrain. Contract. Guard. Prove. Sign. I build the jig; AI builds the part.
